Assistant Office Administrator.

 Due to recent growth and an increase in workload, a position has become available for an Assistant Office Administrator, Monday to Friday.

 This varied role will involve all aspects of office administration within a busy accountancy practice. The main objective to support our senior office administrator in all areas.

Tasks will include; call handling, supplier relations, company secretarial duties, correspondence, accommodation and travel bookings, HR records, scanning and document filing.

 Previous experience of office administration would be advantageous.
